Vocabulary is an important aspect of any language & a good vocabulary improves all areas of communication — be it Listening, Speaking, Reading, or Writing.
The Vocab-bank is a list onto which you can add difficult or new words anywhere from the portal, while you are practicing. To add a word to Vocab-bank, you need to click on the Dictionary button.

Then click on any word you would like to add, that appears in the pop-up window.

This action will open another pop-up window, displaying the word you had clicked on.
If you click on the Speaker icon, a voice prompt will advise how to pronounce the word.

You can also view the definition of this word by clicking on “Click to view word definition” button.

And if you click on the “Add to Vocab-Bank” button, this word will get added to the list.

To check your list of added words, you need to click on “Vocab-Bank” on the dashboard.

A list of all the added words will then appear on your screen. From this list you can do the following:

Remove the word from the list

Listen to its pronunciation

Check the word’s meaning along with examples

Mark the word as Known (if you know it well) or Unknown (if you are unaware of it)
