Refunds:
According to the refund policy, you can get a refund for the testing fees where you have directly paid the testing fee and registered for the exam through Pearson. You can get the complete refunds when:
You change your mind no less than 14 days before the scheduled test date.
Or you could not attend the test due to the illness. It is better to provide the medical certificate for complete refund.
Note: An image or a graphical representation will be put forth on the screen, with about 25 seconds to understand & prepare. After this, you must record and respond to the image within 40 seconds.
