PTE Core Exam Pattern - Writing

The PTE Writing module of PTE Core is in the same section as Speaking (Section 1) but is the second part or module of the test. It tests the candidate's ability to write and express their opinion in accurate English. It has two types of questions and the test takers have to type their responses using a keyboard and a computer screen. The responses are scored by an automated system based on various criteria such as grammar, spelling, punctuation, coherence, and vocabulary. PTE Writing practice is an important aspect of PTE preparation.
