I help keep Alfa running with precision — from daily operations to content accuracy — ensuring every learner gets a smooth, impactful experience. My work spans support, testing, coordination with technical teams, and quality checks, all with one goal: make learning feel effortless and effective for students preparing for PTE & IELTS.
Along with operations, I lead our content strategy for PTE & IELTS. I break down scoring rules, item types, timing patterns, and common learner challenges into clear, usable guides that students can apply instantly. I love simplifying complex exam logic and turning it into step-by-step pathways that actually improve performance.
I review student feedback, analyze patterns, and update lessons quickly whenever exam formats or rubrics change. I work closely with tutors to validate accuracy, refine examples, and ensure every explanation is practical, not theoretical.
Before joining Alfa, I worked as Team Lead – US Recruiting with Siri Info Tech and MW Partners, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MW Partners. Earlier in my career, I gained strong operational and people-management exposure as a Senior Executive – Human Resources at Amazon, and built analytical expertise as a Research Analyst at FactSet.
