At Alfa, I work closely with PTE coaching centers and educators, helping them adopt technology that makes training faster, structured, and measurable. I understand the PTE exam system end-to-end — scoring logic, item types, common learner challenges — and I use that knowledge to guide institutes on how to improve their students’ performance with the right tools.
My role combines product understanding with real-world insight. I support institutes in setting up their practice portal, training their teams, and integrating Alfa’s features into their daily operations. Every conversation reveals patterns about what learners struggle with, and I use those insights to help businesses optimize their teaching approach.
