Irfan Zaidi

As a Co-founder and Head of Sales at AlfaPTE & AlfaIELTS , I work at the intersection of vision, product thinking, and customer understanding. My role is to ensure that everything we create — from our platform features to our premium solutions — stays connected to real learner needs and delivers measurable, exam-focused outcomes.

I bring together a deep understanding of PTE and IELTS, our Alfa ecosystem, and the challenges students face across preparation, scoring, and confidence-building. This helps me guide our sales strategy, shape offerings that genuinely add value, and coach teams on how to communicate with clarity, honesty, and purpose.

My approach is grounded in clear thinking, practical systems, and steady execution. I believe that results come from saying the right things simply, acting on priorities quickly, and ensuring that every plan converts into something concrete.

Outside the day-to-day, I’m committed to shaping a culture that values trust, open conversation, and continuous learning. I share lessons openly, invite honest feedback, and encourage people to think beyond tasks — to understand users, the product, and the impact of their work.
