PTE Summarize Spoken Text Practice

A short academic lecture will be played, and you need to write a short summary regarding what you have understood from the audio. This should be written while considering all the important points of the lecture and should be between 50 and 70 words. Here your writing and listening skills are analyzed.

Think of this task like a short note for your friend who is absent for a class. Try to understand the main topic of the lecture, instead of accurate examples or not-so-important information. You will have 10 minutes of time to write your answer, and the time saved in this task cannot be transferred to other tasks.

Concise responses will be analyzed for:

Accuracy of your content.
Structure of the sentence and grammar usage.
Your response's coherence and clarity
